Founding course framework

Covenant Character Responsibility.

Form the person. Order the house. Serve the neighbor. Enter the gate. Restore public life without becoming the system we were sent to confront.

Identity before officeHousehold before institutionService before authorityTruth without hatred

01

The governing distinction

The systems are not the people.

The serpent’s pattern is deception, accusation, domination, corruption, and disorder. It may shape an institution. It does not erase the image of יהוה in the people working inside it.

CCR does not train a private religious class to seize public power. It forms Covenant Bearers who can seek election, accept appointment, speak in public, write policy, expose wrongdoing with evidence, repair what is broken, and remain answerable to the people they serve.

We do not defeat the beast by becoming another beast.

Open the Book before entering the gate

The whole witness must govern the work.

These passages establish the course’s Scriptural field. Each lesson must still examine speaker, audience, literary setting, Covenant setting, chapter, book, and related passages before drawing a conclusion.

01

Image and vocation

Bereshith (Genesis) 1:26–28; 2:15; 3:1–24

Human identity begins with the image and purpose given by יהוה. The serpent attacks trust, order, identity, and vocation before the disorder spreads outward.

02

Covenant formation in the house

Shemoth (Exodus) 19:3–6; Debarim (Deuteronomy) 6:4–9

A public people is first formed by hearing, guarding, teaching, and walking in the Word within ordinary life and across generations.

03

Justice at the gate

Debarim (Deuteronomy) 1:9–18; 16:18–20; 17:14–20

Public authority is never self-authorizing. Judges, officers, and rulers remain beneath instruction, impartial justice, restraint, and accountability.

04

Faithfulness inside foreign systems

Daniel 1–6; Esther 2–10; Nehemiah 1–7; Jeremiah 29:4–7

Scripture shows faithful people serving within compromised systems without surrendering identity, worship, truth, or responsibility for the place where they live.

05

The Lamb and the faithful witness

Revelation 7:1–17; 12:9–11; 14:1–5; 21–22

The ancient serpent is opposed through allegiance to the Lamb, truthful witness, endurance, and holiness—not by becoming another beast.

The 144,000 claim must remain under examination

Do not make Revelation say what it does not say.

Direct textual witness

Revelation 7 describes 144,000 sealed from the tribes of Israel. Revelation 14 presents them with the Lamb on Mount Tsiyon, identifies them as first-fruits, and emphasizes allegiance, truthful speech, and blameless witness.

Interpretive questions

Their identity, the relationship between the tribal number and the great multitude, and the force of the imagery remain disputed. Literal, symbolic, remnant, and representative readings must be tested fairly.

CCR application

Revelation does not directly command the 144,000 to take American offices or work the earth. CCR may explore civic and earth stewardship as a whole-Scripture application, but it must label that move as interpretation and never present it as a direct statement of Revelation.

The Covenant Bearer path

Ten modules. Formation before representation.

Every module joins Scripture in context, civic knowledge, field observation, practical service, documented evidence, and an accountable work product.

Module 01Identity before office

The Covenant Bearer

Recover identity as an image-bearer and servant under the Covenant. Establish a personal rule of hearing, guarding, doing, repentance, work, stewardship, and truthful speech.

Fieldwork

Build a Covenant Bearer rule of life and an evidence-based identity inventory.

Module 02Discern the system without hating the people

The Serpent’s Pattern

Trace deception, accusation, domination, dependency, corruption, and disorder from the garden through the empires and into Revelation. Learn to name a pattern without turning neighbors into enemies.

Fieldwork

Map one local system: people, authority, incentives, policy, evidence, harm, and repair.

Module 03Formation begins where we live

Put the House in Order

Restore responsibility among men and women, strengthen marriages and households where present, protect children, honor the vulnerable, order money and health, and make the home a place where the Word becomes visible.

Fieldwork

Write a household Covenant charter with responsibilities, rhythms, boundaries, and repair steps.

Module 04Service before authority

Neighbor, Street, and Block

Learn the names, needs, abilities, wounds, and existing strengths of the people nearby. Build trust by solving a real problem before asking anyone for influence.

Fieldwork

Complete a neighborhood needs-and-assets map and one documented service project.

Module 05Councils, commissions, and local authority

The City Gate

Learn how the city actually works: charters, budgets, agendas, public records, open meetings, committees, appointments, elections, testimony, ethics, and the limits of each office.

Fieldwork

Observe three meetings, trace one decision from agenda to outcome, and deliver one truthful public comment.

Module 06Boards of education and the care of children

Guard the Place of Formation

Examine curriculum, policy, budgets, parental responsibility, teacher conditions, student safety, conscience, and measurable educational fruit without contempt for educators or manipulation of children.

Fieldwork

Produce a sourced school-policy brief after listening to parents, teachers, students, and the public record.

Module 07Boards of health, medical governance, and evidence

Guard Life and Health

Distinguish medical evidence, professional practice, public policy, conscience, emergency power, informed consent, and institutional incentives. Honor qualified knowledge while testing every claim and every exercise of authority.

Fieldwork

Map the lawful authority of one health body and prepare an evidence ledger with expert review.

Module 08Build outward without losing the center

County and State Stewardship

Trace the offices, qualifications, appointment paths, election rules, legislative process, public-money controls, ethics requirements, and constitutional limits that govern county and state service.

Fieldwork

Create a county-to-state seat map and a lawful twelve-month participation plan.

Module 09Representation without becoming the ruling class

The People’s House

Prepare for representative service with a public Covenant, a documented issue portfolio, financial transparency, constitutional literacy, coalition discipline, and a willingness to leave office when faithfulness requires it.

Fieldwork

Complete an office-readiness audit and defend one policy proposal before a review council.

Module 10Local fruit before outward reach

From the House to the Nations

Test the house before exporting the model. Join stewardship of land, water, food, work, community, and public justice to the hope of restoration without empire, coercion, or claims that outrun Scripture.

Fieldwork

Submit a capstone restoration plan with local evidence, safeguards, measures, and a five-year fruit review.

What “take back” means

Show up. Learn the law. Serve openly. Remain accountable.

“Take back” must never mean secret capture, intimidation, deception, hatred, or control for its own sake. It means that ordinary people stop abandoning the public gate to permanent institutions and begin carrying responsibility again through lawful election, appointment, testimony, oversight, service, and measurable repair.

The authority of Jesus (Yeshua) the Messiah is expressed through service, not through the domination practiced by the rulers of the nations. That distinction governs every civic method taught here.

Rules of engagement

Courage must remain under righteousness.

A movement that rejects accountability has already surrendered to the pattern it claims to oppose.

  1. 01

People bear the image; people are not the serpent.

  2. 02

Every action remains lawful, peaceful, public, and accountable.

  3. 03

Evidence is tested before a claim is repeated.

  4. 04

Office is service beneath authority, never permission to dominate.

  5. 05

Educators, clinicians, public servants, and neighbors are heard before policy is written.

  6. 06

No political party, personality, teacher, or institution stands above the Covenant or the evidence.

  7. 07

A Covenant Bearer accepts correction, limits, disclosure, and removal when trust is broken.

Fruit before recognition

A title is not proof. The work must be examined.

Any future CCR certificate will document completion of People of His Book™ coursework. It will not be an academic degree, professional license, medical credential, legal credential, or guarantee of public office.

Founding framework

The course is not ready to sell. It is ready to be tested.

The next work is to build each lesson, verify every Scriptural conclusion, map the civic requirements by jurisdiction, and place the entire method beneath transparent ethical and evidence standards.
