Privacy Policy

People of His Book™ collects only information a visitor voluntarily provides, such as an email address, correspondence, a support payment, an interest request, an assistance application, a volunteer application, a local-help request, or an optional résumé. We use that information to answer requests, provide requested updates, administer support, review volunteer abilities, coordinate possible community-project matches, administer future learning opportunities, and protect the integrity of this work.

We do not sell personal information. Stripe processes direct support payments, and Substack and Stripe process support offered through the People of His Book™ publication. Those providers handle payment details under their own policies; People of His Book™ ordinarily receives transaction, receipt, and contact information rather than full card details. Other information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, email, forms, or course delivery. We retain information only as reasonably necessary and use practical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Volunteer contact details, skills, experience, and résumés are kept in a private directory and are not published for public searching. Information is shared with a project participant only after a potential match is reviewed and ordinarily after the volunteer or requester is contacted. People of His Book™ may request references, licenses, background information, or additional safeguards when a project involves vulnerable people, regulated work, driving, finances, or elevated risk.

Do not submit private medical, financial, government-identification, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email. A parent or guardian should contact us before a child submits personal information. Requests to review, correct, or delete voluntarily supplied information may be sent to contact@peopleofhisbook.com.

Terms of Use

This website provides Scripture teaching, educational material, writings, and community information. Its content is not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or professional advice. Readers remain responsible for testing what they read in context and making their own informed decisions.

Visitors may use the site for lawful personal study. They may not disrupt the service, misrepresent affiliation, impersonate another person, harvest personal information, or reproduce substantial original material for commercial use without written permission.

Links to Amazon, Blogspot, Substack, Facebook, Instagram, HalleluYah Scriptures, and other outside services are provided for convenience. Those services control their own content, availability, and policies. We may revise these terms as the work develops.

Freewill Support Policy

People of His Book™ accepts voluntary financial support for Scripture-centered teaching, research, publishing, website costs, educational development, and ministry work. Support is not a purchase and does not provide paid access, goods, services, priority, spiritual standing, or influence over editorial or research conclusions.

Direct one-time support is processed by Stripe. Monthly or annual support may be processed through Substack and Stripe. A recurring supporter may manage or cancel future charges through the provider used at checkout. No recurring charge is created by the direct one-time Stripe support link.

People of His Book™ does not presently represent itself as a tax-exempt charitable organization. Support is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution. A payment receipt records the transaction but is not a charitable-donation receipt.

If a payment was made in error, contact contact@peopleofhisbook.com promptly. A request will be reviewed according to the payment status, applicable law, and the payment provider’s rules; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Learning Access and Cancellation Policy

People of His Book Institute™ remains in development. Course enrollment and certificates are not yet active. When study pathways open, access to the teaching will not be conditioned upon making a support payment.

Freewill support and learning access remain separate. A person who cannot or does not give will not be required to prove hardship merely to study. Any future charge for a distinct physical product, event cost, or third-party expense would be clearly identified before payment and would not be represented as a donation.

A supporter who deliberately chooses recurring support through Substack may cancel future charges through Substack. Cancellation of recurring support does not change access to the free teaching.

Community Help and Volunteer Policy

Community applications help People of His Book™ identify practical skills and genuine hardship among people Scripture repeatedly commands us not to neglect. Priority is given to the elderly, widowed, orphaned or guardian-less, disabled, seriously ill, poor, displaced, and families facing food, housing, transportation, utility, or disaster-related hardship. Ordinary improvements, commercial jobs, and convenience projects are outside the purpose of this service unless they directly meet a genuine need of a vulnerable person or household.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, assistance, a project match, reimbursement, employment, or any ongoing relationship. Volunteers remain free to accept or decline a proposed project, and requesters remain free to accept or decline a proposed volunteer.

People of His Book™ may decline, pause, or end a proposed connection when the work is outside the project’s scope, appropriate safeguards are unavailable, information cannot be verified, or a match would create unreasonable risk. Emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, licensed-trade, child-care, elder-care, transportation, or other regulated needs should be handled by qualified providers and local authorities when appropriate.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, volunteers are not employees or agents of People of His Book™. Each participant is responsible for communicating scope, materials, costs, timing, permissions, insurance, qualifications, safety conditions, and any local legal requirements before work begins.

Copyright and Resource-Use Notice

Original site design, course structures, articles, study guides, and other material created by People of His Book™ are protected and may be used for personal, noncommercial study unless a page states otherwise. Brief quotations with clear attribution are welcome; substantial copying, redistribution, resale, or creation of derivative courses requires written permission.

Scripture translations, book covers, excerpts, logos, names, and third-party resources remain the property of their respective rights holders. HalleluYah Scriptures is identified as a primary study text, but People of His Book™ does not claim ownership of that translation or an official affiliation unless a written agreement expressly establishes one.

Institute Status and Accreditation Disclaimer

People of His Book Institute™ is being developed as an independent Scripture-education and certificate institute. It is not presently accredited, does not award academic degrees, and does not offer college credit.

A completion certificate, when offered, will document participation in an Institute course. It must not be represented as a state license, professional credential, accredited degree, or guarantee that another school, employer, ministry, or licensing body will accept the coursework.
